Customer service is very important and I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Keep in mind that some items will require time to prepare, but usually your order will be processed ASAP.

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, usually within one week after receipt of payment.

To make a return, the customer must notify me within 10 days of receiving the order. Returns within 30 days will be eligible for a full store credit if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unused condition.
  • You have notified me that you will be returning the item.
  • Custom dye orders are not considered for returns.

Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

We take your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell, or share your email address with other people. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information that you provide when opening an account and/or ordering with other people beyond what is required to process your order.

We use cookies to analyze user activity that does not personally or directly identify you when you visit our website in order to improve the experience of our website visitors.

We collect Maine state sales tax (5.50%) on all orders shipped to Maine.

We accept PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.
